财联社8月5日电，据气象部门预报，8月5日晚到8月6日晚，广东惠州仍有大雨到暴雨局部大暴雨。鉴于汛情发展，根据《惠州市防汛防旱防风防冻应急预案》，惠州市三防指挥部决定于8月5日20时将防汛Ⅱ级应急响应提升为防汛Ⅰ级应急响应。
