人民财讯8月5日电，万科A(000002)8月5日晚间公告，公司第一大股东深圳市地铁集团有限公司（以下简称“深铁集团”）向公司再提供不超过16.81亿元借款。借款将用于偿还公司在公开市场发行的债券本金与利息，以及经出借人同意的指定借款利息，借款期限不超过3年。
