日本全日空8月5日宣布同美国空中出租车公司Joby Aviation达成基本协议，将就成立合资公司在日本提供空中出租车服务展开全面磋商。
双方目标最终部署超100架空中出租车，计划以东京都为起点，将服务范围扩大到日本全国。
