“惠州发布”微信公众号消息，鉴于过去24小时惠州市出现大暴雨局部特大暴雨，目前惠城区、惠阳区、惠东县（分镇）、大亚湾区和仲恺高新区暴雨红色，博罗县和龙门县暴雨橙色预警信号生效中，预计5日白天到6日仍有暴雨到大暴雨。以及雨情、水情发展趋势，根据《惠州市防汛防旱防风防冻应急预案》，市三防指挥部决定于8月5日7时将防汛Ⅲ级应急响应提升为防汛Ⅱ级应急响应。
