格隆汇8月4日丨阳光乳业(001318.SZ)公布，收到公司控股股东江西阳光乳业集团有限公司（简称“阳光集团”）出具的《关于持股5%以上股东权益变动触及1%整数倍的告知函》，获悉阳光集团于2025年7月29日至8月1日通过深交所集中竞价交易方式卖出公司股份2,676,800股，占公司总股本比例为0.95%，股票来源为阳光集团2024年通过深交所竞价交易方式增持获得。
