新京报讯 据北京应急官博消息，市水务局与市气象局2025年8月4日16时30分升级发布积水内涝橙色预警：预计北京市朝阳区、石景山区、通州区存在积水内涝高风险（红色），中心城区其他区域存在积水内涝较高风险（橙色），提醒广大市民关注天气形势及雨水情变化，出行尽量避开低洼处，同时做好地下空间防护工作。
