香港土地注册处今日（8月4日）发表2025年7月份统计数字。7月份送交香港土地注册处注册的所有种类楼宇买卖合约共7212份，环比下跌0.8%，同比上升37.1%；以十二个月移动平均数计算，7月份的楼宇买卖合约数字为5974份，环比上升2.8%，同比上升21.2%；7月份的楼宇买卖合约总值546亿港元，环比下跌17.8%，同比上升28.0%。
