G胖可谓是游戏界的传奇人物，据外媒pcgamer报道，G胖日前直接把荷兰顶级游艇制造商Oceanco收入囊中。
这家制造商发布了一篇新闻稿，新闻稿里写道：“Gabe Newell并非作为金融家或战略投资者入主，而是以实践派梦想家身份接手，他敬畏海洋、尊重工艺，更珍视背后的匠人们。”
据悉，G胖作为坐拥“Draak”号与“Rocinante”号豪华游艇的富豪，今年还将接收Oceanco为其打造的4亿美元超级游艇Y722。
