当地时间7月31日，泰国陆军发言人表示，泰国陆军当天邀请东盟国家驻泰武官举行会谈。会上泰军方通报了泰柬边境停火执行情况，并提议设立“东盟军事监测团队”。泰国陆军重申将依据国际法维护和平，不使用武力，推动区域稳定。（总台记者 李敏）
