7月31日，悦康药业（688658）公告称，近日，公司控股股东京悦永顺收到北京市第二中级人民法院执行裁定书，并转达公司。京悦永顺所持公司股份因司法拍卖的26,500,000股公司股份已完成过户登记。在办理过户登记手续过程中，京悦永顺被冻结的36,098,192股份已经解除冻结。
