7月30日，国开证券发布公告称，根据股东单位对公司人事调整的决定，武红不再担任公司副总裁、财务总监。据悉，武红自2017年5月起出任国开证券副总裁兼财务总监。另外，公司决定，由副董事长、总裁顾仲辉负责公司财务工作，分管财务资金部。记者了解到，2025年2月起，顾仲辉出任国开证券副董事长、总裁。
