7月30日，台风“竹节草”登陆上海，大风大雨中，有网友发现，苏州河的水已经漫到亲水平台上，远观犹如“悬河”，大家担心河水会不会倒灌进城区。专家表示，亲水平台就是这样设计的，河水只要不超过二级防汛墙就不用担心。雨停后，记者连夜探访，发现水位已回落。
