金融界7月30日消息，2025 年 7 月 10 日 10 时至 7 月 11 日 10 时止，天津大通投资集团有限公司所持德龙汇能 16,093,618 股股份被司法拍卖，竞买人闫岩竞得。7 月 28 日完成过户登记，大通集团持股比例从 10.80%下降至 6.31%。截至报告书签署日，大通集团持有公司的 22,638,910 股股份已全部质押或冻结，且不排除未来 12 个月内增减德龙汇能股份的可能 。
