据央视新闻消息，中央气象台7月30日4时30分发布台风登陆消息：
今年第8号台风“竹节草”（热带风暴级）的中心已于今天（30日）早晨4点30分前后在浙江省舟山市朱家尖岛沿海登陆，登陆时中心附近最大风力有9级（23米/秒），中心最低气压为975百帕。
