关于2025暑假学生安全注意事项的通知

各位同学：

根据学校校历安排，今年参加社会实践的研究生暑假时间为：8月4日至8月31日。不参加社会实践的研究生暑假时间为：7月14日至8月10日。为确保大家度过一个平安、愉快的假期，特提醒以下安全注意事项：

一、遵守国家法律法规、学校规章制度及社会公共道德，遵守校园秩序，自觉展现清华学子的优良风貌。

二、服从学校教学安排，不提前离校或逾期返校。遇有特殊情况应根据学籍管理规定履行相关请假手续。

三、深圳国际研究生院是开放的公共场所，请务必看管好个人财物。自行车停放后及时上锁。离开自习座位时，随身携带电脑、手机、校园卡等贵重物品，谨防丢失。

四、主动学习禁毒知识，筑牢禁毒防线，增强安全意识。警惕毒品可能伪装成“奶茶”“巧克力” 等常见食品，不尝试来源不明的物品，坚决不接受陌生人提供的香烟、饮料和食品，发现疑似毒品及时远离并举报。

五、对陌生电话、短信（要求输入银行卡信息、索取验证码、转账汇款、加好友、点击链接、共享屏幕等）务必高度警惕！特别防范冒充航空公司客服的“退改签”诈骗、高薪兼职诈骗、刷单返利诈骗、冒充好友诈骗、交友诈骗等。景区门票、演出票、火车票、机票等务必通过官方渠道购买与查询。

六、外出或离校前，务必关窗、锁门、关闭电源。学生公寓内严禁使用明火和违章电器。严禁携带电动车电池进入公寓；禁止在公寓内停放电动车、为电动车充电或存放电动车电池。严禁留宿他人。

七、拒乘无证无照交通工具。不与陌生人外出，不去未开发景区（如野游、爬野山）及人群拥挤处。远离危险水域，勿在无安全保障处戏水游泳。同伴溺水科学施救并求助，勿盲目下水。参与暑期社会实践的同学应当遵守实践纪律及实践单位规章制度要求，尊重实践地风俗习惯，如有意外情况及时与学校联系。

八、严禁为他人代为报备或转借、转租入校权限，严禁为他人提供任何形式的有偿报备进校服务。确保来访亲友身份真实、关系属实、事由正当，共同维护校园秩序。避免因违规报备等违反校规校纪的行为而影响个人长远发展。

九、合理安排上网时长，不沉迷网络；不接触含暴力、色情等不健康内容的游戏。注意饮食卫生，多参与户外活动。居家时注意，勿用湿手或湿布触碰电器，规范使用燃气，严禁玩火，不给陌生人开门；如遇火情，立即拨打 119 报警。

十、时刻防范身边安全隐患和可能的不稳定因素。发现可疑情况，立即报告。祝各位同学度过一个平安、充实、愉快的暑假！

SIGS: Safety Guidelines for Students during the 2025 Summer Vacation

Dear students:

According to the academic calendar, the summer vacation forgraduate students participating in social practicewill be from August 4 to August 31,while those not participating in social practicewill have their vacation from July 14 to August 10. To ensure everyone enjoys a safe and pleasant holiday, please carefully read and follow the safety reminders below:

1. Abide by national laws and regulations, school rules, and social ethics; maintain campus order and uphold the good image of Tsinghua students.

2. Comply with the school’s academic schedule;do not leave early or return late without approval.If special circumstances arise, complete the necessary leave procedures in accordance with student status management policies.

3. Safeguard personal belongings in public spaces; lock bicycles after parking and carry valuables such as laptops, phones, and campus cards when leaving study areas.

4.Learn about drug prevention; avoid contact with suspicious items disguised as food or drink; neveraccept cigarettes, beverages, or snacks from strangers; and report suspected drugs immediately.

5.Stay alertto unfamiliar calls or messages requesting personal information, bank details, verification codes, or screen sharing; beware of scams such as fake airline refunds, high-paying part-time jobs, rebate scams, and online impersonation.Always use official channels to purchase tickets.

6. Ensure all windows are closed, doors are locked, and power is turned off before leaving the dormitory;refrain fromusing open flames or unauthorized electrical appliances; do not bring electric vehicle batteries into dormitories or charge/store electric vehicles inside;do nothost overnight guests.

7. Avoid unlicensed vehicles, outings with strangers, undeveloped scenic areas, and crowded places;stay away from unsafe waters; perform rescues responsibly and seek help if someone is drowning. Students participating in social practice must follow the rules of the host organization and local customs, and contact the school in case of emergency.

8.Refrain fromregistering others for campus access or lending your access credentials;do not providepaid services for campus entry; ensure visitors have genuine identities and valid reasons for entering campus; avoid violations that could affect your personal development.

9.Limit time spent online;avoid unhealthy content such as violent or pornographic games;pay attention to food hygiene; engage in outdoor activities; use electrical and gas appliances safely at home; never play with fire or open the door to strangers; call 119 in case of fire.

10. Remain vigilant against potential safety hazards or unstable situations nearby; report any suspicious activity immediately.
