7月29日，山子高科（000981）发布公告，因个人原因，张民申请辞去公司第九届董事会董事职务，辞职后不在公司担任任何职务。
经公司董事会提名，公司董事会提名委员会审核通过，经董事会半数以上董事同意提名朱人杰为非独立董事候选人。
2025年一季度，山子高科实现收入10.51亿元，归母净利润8283万元。
