7月29日，中国国航公告称，经董事会审议通过，将向国货航转让出售2台Trent700 备用发动机和1台GTCP331-350C备用 APU（飞机辅助动力装置），交易价格为1.51亿元。国货航系中国国航控股股东中航集团间接控制的公司，本次交易构成关联交易。上述发动机与APU均已完成大修，标的资产经评估后减值率达到13.91%。（时代财经 何铭亮）
