7月29日，蔚来法务部发文称，乐道L90上市期间遭遇恶意造谣攻击，已对品牌和员工名誉造成极大损害。蔚来将对微信公众号“股海闲思录”、网络账号“大D有态度”、微博账号“阿文鉴机”、小红书账号“山丘下的星星”和“你真是个傻孩子”、抖音账号“至尊宝哥哥”等恶意传播造谣的账号采取法律措施，追究法律责任。
