受强降雨影响，海河流域滦河潘家口水库预计2025年7月28日17—19时入库流量将达到洪水黄色预警标准4070立方米每秒。依据《海河流域洪水预警发布管理暂行办法》，海河水利委员会水文局2025年7月28日16时升级发布海河流域滦河洪水黄色预警，提请滦河沿岸相关单位及社会公众密切关注雨水情变化，加强安全防范，及时避险。
