记者从北京市交通委了解到，截至28日12时，公路部门共对39个路段（密云21条，怀柔12条，延庆4条，平谷1条，顺义1条）采取封控措施并开展抢险作业。目前共有水毁点段25处（密云9处、怀柔13处、延庆2处，平谷1处），其中已抢通12处（密云1处，怀柔9处，延庆2处）。
