新商业形态中的松弛与共情

记得一个有趣的现象，在巴黎塞纳河边的咖啡馆，里面的顾客基本是中老年人，而年轻人总是聚在河边，因为那些地方是免费的。

Remember an interesting phenomenon, in the cafes by the Seine River in Paris, the customers inside are basically middle-aged and elderly people, while young people always gather by the river because those places are free.

相似的景象也出现在东京、伦敦和罗马。

Similar sights have been seen in Tokyo, London and Rome.

在国内，设计的服务对象也在悄悄地转变，尤其是在消费降级下的新商业形态中，年轻人正成为消费主体。

In China, the service objects of design are also quietly changing, especially in the new business form under the downgrade of consumption, young people are becoming the main consumers.

世界正在改变，以前的那种精英主义设计的审美，正在被反乌托邦的大众审美所替代。作为设计师，如何在尽可能低造价的基础上去实现空间的舒适性。

The world is changing, and the aesthetic of the previous elitist design is being replaced by a dystopian mass aesthetic. As a designer, how to achieve space comfort on the basis of the lowest possible cost.

于是，我在楠溪第一楼餐厅的设计中，进行了一场针对当下的大众审美松弛感场景的共情设计.

Therefore, in the design of the restaurant on the first floor of Nanxi, I carried out an empathetic design for the current public aesthetic relaxation scene.

松弛感，从心理上讲，是内卷的紧绷与躺平的摆烂的中间状态。

Relaxation, psychologically speaking, is an intermediate state between the tightness of involution and the rotten state of lying flat.

就设计而言，松弛感是当下设计审美中的一个重要的情绪特征，也是年轻人对空间场景的一个基本诉求。

As far as design is concerned, relaxation is an important emotional feature in current design aesthetics, and it is also a basic demand of young people for space scenes.

在我看来，松弛感是设计师精心设计的一场不期邂逅，是一种深思熟虑之后的随意而为。

In my opinion, relaxation is an unexpected encounter carefully designed by the designer, a kind of deliberate and casual action.

松弛感排斥所有昂贵的材料，复杂的造型。

The feeling of relaxation repels all expensive materials, complex molding.

这一点正好与业主对造价的诉求相一致，既避免了空间华贵所带来的心理落差和紧张不安，也使空间对人的行为制约和心理约束得到了有效的缓解。

This is exactly in line with the owner's demand for cost, which not only avoids the psychological gap and tension caused by the luxury of space, but also effectively alleviates the behavioral constraints and psychological constraints of the space.

材料的廉价与造型的简单意味着可以随意自由，这是行为上的，更是精神上的，是主体（人）对空间（客体）的心理优势。

The cheapness of materials and the simplicity of shape mean that they can be free at will, which is behavioral, but also spiritual, and is the psychological advantage of the subject (person) over space (object).

而材料的昂贵与造型的复杂则会使人拘束，产生一种被环境规训的感受，或者感觉自己身份与环境的落差，进而产生一种紧绷感和不自然感，这种感受是年轻人要排斥或回避的。

The high cost of materials and the complexity of the shape will make people restrained, resulting in a feeling of being disciplined by the environment, or feeling the gap between their identity and the environment, and then producing a sense of tension and unnaturalness, which young people should reject or avoid.

另一方面，场景需要熟悉感，熟悉会带来安全感。

On the other hand, the scene requires a sense of familiarity, and familiarity brings a sense of security.

场景也需要新奇感，新奇会导致兴趣，因此松弛感是一种熟悉的“陌生感”。

Scenes also need novelty, novelty leads to interest, so relaxation is a familiar "strangeness".

这种熟悉可以来自材料、空间布局、色彩、自然等，也可以是灯光、调性。

This familiarity can come from materials, spatial layout, color, nature, etc., but also from lighting, tonality.

最后，除了场景的设计之外，松弛感更重要的是来自于相同的人群，来自于观看与被看的共情价值，欣赏与被欣赏的肯定和安抚。

Finally, in addition to the design of the scene, the more important sense of relaxation comes from the same crowd, from the empathy value of watching and being seen, and from the affirmation and comfort of appreciation and being appreciated.

我们的生活场景会有越来越多的年轻人，他们正在成为生活的消费主体。如何关注他们的需求，也是设计必须面对的改变。就像伟人说过，世界是我们的，也是他们的，但归根到底还是他们的。

There will be more and more young people in our life scenes, and they are becoming the main consumers of life. How to pay attention to their needs is also a change that design must face. As the great man said, the world is ours and theirs, but in the final analysis, it is still theirs.
