7月25日，中恒集团（600252）发布公告，控股子公司莱美药业与赛富资本及立合投资于2018年共同投资设立的赛富健康产业投资基金，因部分项目未能完全退出，决定将存续期限延长两年至2027年7月26日。该决定由全体合伙人一致通过，并已完成工商变更登记。
2025年一季度，中恒集团实现收入7.42亿元，归母净利润1827万元。
