7月25日，冀中能源（000937）发布公告，控股股东一致行动人邯矿集团将其持有的736万股股份质押期限延长至2026年7月24日，占其所持股份的3.02%及公司总股本的0.21%；截至公告披露日，邯矿集团累计质押股份为1.12亿股，占其持股总数的45.88%。
2025年一季度，冀中能源实现收入40.24亿元，归母净利润3.19亿元。
