金明精机（300281）发布公告，公司于2025年7月25日与马镇鑫在广东省汕头市签订了《顾问聘请协议》，聘请马镇鑫为公司高级顾问，为企业管理提供咨询指导服务。其顾问聘用期限自 2025 年 7 月 26 日起至2026年7月25日止，顾问费用为2.3万元/月。
马镇鑫直接持有公司16.85%股权，公司副董事长、总经理马佳圳为马镇鑫之子。马镇鑫为公司关联自然人。
2025年一季度，金明精机实现收入9311万元，归母净利润227万元。
