7月25日，博思软件（300525）发布公告，控股股东陈航将其持有的910万股股份办理质押，占其所持股份的7.2%及公司总股本的1.2%；同时解除质押股份797万股，占其所持股份的6.3%及公司总股本的1.05%。
截至公告披露日，陈航累计质押股份占其持股总数的37.66%。
2025年一季度，博思软件实现收入2.57亿元，归母净利润-6349万元。
