人民财讯7月25日电，海南省人民政府办公厅印发《海南自由贸易港执行例外措施进口货物的监管办法（试行）》，本办法中执行例外措施的进口货物分为在“一线”取消进口许可证管理货物（以下简称放宽许可证管理货物）和允许开展“两头在外”保税维修货物（以下简称保税维修货物）。
