2025年7月24日，中旗新材(001212.SZ)公告称，全资子公司中旗矿业与河池市自然资源局签署《采矿权出让合同》，原采矿权及探矿权范围内脉石英矿资源量为748.6万吨，拟扩大的空白区范围资源量为77.1万吨，资源总量增至825.7万吨；采矿生产规模由20万吨/年提升至40万吨/年，设计利用资源量为633.23万吨。
