7月23日，大连圣亚（600593）发布公告，公司于2025年7月22日获悉上海市静安区人民法院对星海湾投资所持有的公司无限售流通股3095万股予以司法冻结续冻，占公司总股本的24.03%。
2025年一季度，大连圣亚实现收入8432万元，归母净利润-815万元。
