7月21日，在四川省阿坝州松潘县安宏乡肖包村一处水库，来此游玩的湖南城市学院老师龙湘平遇到一名男孩落水在呼救。年近60岁的龙湘平先试了将衣服结成索救援，危急时刻他毫不犹豫落进水里将男孩托举到岸边。事后，他收到男孩家人送的锦旗与感谢信。
