人民财讯7月23日电，苏垦农发(601952)7月23日晚间公告，朱亚东因工作调动原因，申请辞去公司董事长、董事等职务，同时不再担任公司法定代表人。辞职后，朱亚东不在公司及公司控股子公司担任其他职务。公司将按照法定程序尽快完成董事长的补选等相关工作。
