7月23日，SEMI在《年中总半导体设备预测报告》中指出，2025年全球原始设备制造商（OEM）的半导体制造设备总销售额预计将创下1255亿美元的新纪录，同比增长7.4%。在先进逻辑、存储器及技术迁移的持续推动下，2026年设备销售额有望进一步攀升至1381亿美元，实现连续三年增长。
