据经济观察报，现年58岁的海航集团有限公司原首席执行官ADAM TAN(美籍华人，中文名：谭向东)，被海口市中级人民法院判犯有背信损害上市公司利益罪、骗取贷款罪、职务侵占罪，三罪并罚，共处有期徒刑6年。7月21日，海口中院一位负责人向记者介绍了这一情况，同时表示，对于这一判罚结果，谭向东目前还未表态是否会上诉。
