新京报贝壳财经讯 7月22日，据“光源资本”官方公众号消息，近日，芯寒智能完成数千万元人民币种子轮融资，由东阳光独家战略投资，光源资本参与孵化，并担任独家财务顾问。本轮融资资金将主要用于气液相变液冷技术的研发迭代，预计 2025年将实现相变浸没液冷服务器的样机生产、产线建设和小批量交付。
