7月18日，有消费者发帖称，在茉莉奶白点外卖，拿到的是13日制作的过期奶茶。据该消费者提供的照片，饮料杯中有漂浮白色絮状物，消费者表示，自己喝到第三口的时候感觉味道不对，打开杯盖才发现里面的饮品已经变质。
