8国11所高校学子齐聚“浙”里读夏校，是种怎样的体验？

6月30日-7月11日，浙江大学管理学院2025年SDG全球暑期学校在浙大紫金港校区举行。聚焦“可持续生产与消费Sustainable Production and Consumption”主题，本届暑期学校吸引了来自伦敦大学学院、清华大学、香港科技大学、澳门大学、延世大学、梨花女子大学、印度尼西亚万隆天主教大学、浙江大学等国内外高校的26名学生参加。

通过理论学习、实地调研与企业参访，学员们与授课教师、业内人士等展开深入交流与探讨，围绕联合国可持续发展目标（Sustainable Development Goals, SDGs）及其在全球范围内的实践应用展开学习与思考。

黄灿教授代表学院致辞。他表示，管理学院始终致力于推行“创新驱动的创业教育”，近年来通过探索管理学科与工程、科学、技术的交叉融合，服务国家经济社会的可持续发展，开展了多项与可持续发展相关的科学研究与合作。他希望，学员们能通过此次学习，全面深入了解全球可持续发展目标与路径，在未来将所学知识应用于实践，为解决全球性挑战贡献力量与智慧。

课程深耕：多元模块构建可持续发展知识体系

Global Summer School

Wim Coreynen博士详细介绍了课程的学习目标、核心内容与教学安排。据悉，本次暑校项目的核心课程涵盖可持续创新与战略融合、金融赋能与消费行为、文化传承与可持续启示三大主题，旨在帮助学生系统了解当前全球可持续发展现状及关键领域。

可持续创新与战略融合

可持续商业模式创新设计

在这门贯穿项目的特色课程中，Wim Coreynen博士以独特的教学方式，带领学员开启了一段启迪之旅。他巧妙运用NEAT框架（Nested Embedded Analytical Template），引导学员们逐步理解商业模式的重构过程。在轻松互动的课堂氛围中，他鼓励大家用全新的视角思考“如何平衡经济效益与社会环境价值”这一可持续发展问题，并找到切实可行的解决方案。

数字时代“双重转型”的机遇与挑战

浙江大学管理学院创新创业与战略学系副教授金珺以简单易懂的方式，带领学员们探索数字化时代下“绿色转型”与“数字转型”的奥秘。她不仅生动诠释了这两种转型的内涵，还娓娓道来两者如何共同推动可持续发展目标的实现。

通过深入浅出的讲解，她帮助学员们理解转型过程中的关键因素，让他们对"绿色+数字"的融合发展有了更深刻的认识，也体会到企业在追求技术进步的同时守护生态环境的重要意义。

可持续发展与战略管理的融合

新加坡国立大学商学院副院长Andrew Karl Delios通过营造生动有趣的课堂讨论和互动交流，让不同观点在这里碰撞出智慧的火花。在他的悉心引导下，学员们自然而然地建立起理论与实践之间的桥梁，在轻松愉快的对话讨论中，加深了对可持续战略本质的理解。

商业模式创新

浙江大学管理学院郭斌教授以 “嵌套嵌入式分析模板”（NEAT） 框架为核心，解析商业模式创新的本质。课程通过案例拆解商业模式核心要素，探讨其如何重塑竞争格局。学员们学习了从价值创造到盈利模式的创新逻辑，理解了如何在商业实践中融入可持续理念，构建兼具竞争力与环境社会价值的商业模式。

金融赋能与消费行为

可持续生产与消费

浙江大学管理学院长聘副教授孙怡夏围绕“可持续选择心理学”“绿色营销与消费”“可持续决策中的行为经济学” 三大模块，深入剖析了消费者心理与决策在可持续领域的作用，生动展现了推动绿色消费发生的心理密码，帮助学员们掌握如何巧妙运用行为经济学和心理学的魔杖，助推更可持续的生产与消费行为。

绿色金融

中国人民银行金融研究所研究总监钱美君教授带领学员们展开了一段关于金融与可持续发展的温暖对话。在一个个详实而又鲜活的案例中，学员们感受到了金融工具在推动可持续发展中的独特魅力，领悟到金融创新对实现可持续发展目标的重要意义。

循环经济

通过循环经济在商业模式与供应链中的实践，浙江大学管理学院助理教授Steven Day揭开了这一被国际社会广泛认可的可持续发展模式的神秘面纱。他将企业在实施循环经济时遇到的挑战转化为生动有趣的案例，在分析与探讨中与学员们一同找到解决方案，帮助他们理解循环经济的核心原则，从全新视角理解可持续生产与消费。

文化传承与可持续启示

在此次课程中，学员们还参观了浙江大学艺术与考古博物馆“中国历代绘画大系”元画专题展，在艺术赏析中体悟“守正创新”。

通过近距离欣赏元代赵孟頫的革新笔墨、"元四家"的隐逸山水，以及郑思肖象征气节的"无根兰"，让学员们真切感受到元代画家在动荡年代用笔墨构筑的精神世界。展览还通过数字技术，呈现元代朱墨套印技术实物，让学员们体会到中国文化"守正创新"的永恒魅力。

实践赋能：从田野到企业的可持续探索

Global Summer School

在管理学院旅游与酒店管理学系教授吴茂英的带领下，学员们前往杭州临安区湍口镇实地感受乡村振兴中的可持续发展实践。

通过参观湍溪村醒山书院、中医药博物馆和温泉小镇，学员们亲身体验了文旅融合在乡村转型中发挥的作用，并在学习温泉小镇发展模式的过程中感受了社会创业的实践价值，将课堂上的理论学习转化为直观认知。

学员们还走进新能源企业西子洁能的“零碳工厂”，实地参观智能化生产线，亲眼目睹可持续生产在工业场景中的落地，深化对循环经济与绿色制造的理解。
