财联社7月21日电，天眼查显示，7月16日，北京中科慧灵机器人技术有限公司发生工商变更，新增蓝思科技为股东。该公司成立于2023年8月，法定代表人为杨国栋，注册资本约137万人民币，经营范围包括电子专用设备制造、软件开发、智能机器人的研发等，现由海南紫东智能科技有限公司、联想（北京）有限公司及上述新增股东等共同持股。
