据央视新闻消息，当地时间7月18日，柬埔寨首都金边警方捣毁一个由国际贩毒集团操控的特大制毒窝点，现场缴获毒品约1.8吨，逮捕12名外国籍嫌犯。
据相关消息源透露，警方本来是对电信诈骗展开突袭检查，意外发现该制毒工厂，现场查获大量制毒原料和机械。目前，警方正进一步扩大调查，全面深挖国际制毒网络。（总台记者 付新日）
