诺泰生物7月18日公告，公司收到中国证监会《行政处罚事先告知书》，依据《事先告知书》载明的内容，根据相关规定，公司股票将被实施其他风险警示。公司股票将于2025年7月21日停牌1天，2025年7月22日起复牌，自复牌之日起实施其他风险警示。实施后A股简称为ST诺泰，扩位简称为ST诺泰生物。
