7 月 15 日，山东“废轮胎再生资源精深加工循环利用项目（一期）” 竣工环境保护验收审批公示发布，该项目建设主体为山东荣成市威程橡胶制品有限公司。
据悉，该项目选址山东荣成市荫子镇马家岭村，利用 3 个现有厂房及 1 个新建厂房建设。
