【欧克科技：签订1.76亿元《设备买卖合同书》 合同金额占公司去年营收40.51%】财联社7月18日电，欧克科技(001223.SZ)公告称，公司于2025年7月18日与江西天鸿新材料有限公司（简称“天鸿新材”）签订了金额为1.76亿元的《设备买卖合同书》，合同金额占公司最近一年经审计营业收入的40.51%，天鸿新材采购公司两条湿法隔膜生产线。
