时代财经获悉，中原地产于7月18日公布上半年香港住宅成交数据，全香港录得超过2.59万宗买卖登记。其中，6937宗成交价格低于400万港元，相比去年同期增长51.7%，创下2014年以来的最高纪录。中原地产指出，过去想用以低于400万港元的预算买房“一直都不容易”，2021年是香港的房价高峰，2021年上半年成交超过3.5万宗，但其中只有2405宗低于400万港元。（时代财经 陈泽旋）
