7月18日，百花医药（600721）发布公告，近日收到公司董事孙建斌的书面辞职报告。孙建斌因个人原因申请辞去公司董事、董事会审计委员会委员及董事会薪酬与考核委员会委员职务，其辞职自2025年7月17日起生效，原定任期至2027年8月25日。
2025年一季度，百花医药实现收入9692万元，归母净利润2072万元。
