7月18日，赛诺菲宣布完成对美国生物制药公司Blueprint Medicines的收购。此次收购包括一种罕见免疫疾病药物Ayvakit/Ayvakyt（avapritinib），该药物已在美国和欧盟获批。
根据今年6月公布的收购条款，赛诺菲将支付每股129美元的现金，股权价值约为91亿美元。
