一、发现症状：别慌，先观察

猫咪长癣初期可能只是局部掉毛，皮肤微微发红，但随着病情发展，会变成圆形秃斑，覆盖白色皮屑，甚至蔓延到全身。这时候猫咪会频繁抓挠或蹭痒，严重时皮肤还会结痂变硬。如果发现这些迹象，可以用伍德氏灯照射患处，出现苹果绿荧光基本能确认是猫癣。

二、基础处理：剃毛+清洁

治疗猫癣第一步是局部剃毛。剃掉患处及周围毛发能让药物更好渗透，同时减少真菌扩散。操作时记得戴手套，剃完后用家用除菌剂喷洒毛发再丢弃，避免污染环境。剃完毛后，用温水或生理盐水轻柔擦拭患处，清理皮屑和结痂，最后涂碘伏消毒。

三、外用药：选对成分很关键

外用药物推荐含特比萘芬、伊曲康唑或酮康唑成分的喷剂或软膏，每天早晚各涂一次，范围要覆盖癣斑周围2-3厘米。例如佩满康喷剂方便操作，铭瑞宁植物成分温和，适合怕舔舐的猫咪。涂药后必须给猫咪戴伊丽莎白圈，防止舔舐影响效果。

四、药浴辅助：中药浴或抗真菌洗剂

对于面积较大的癣斑，可以配合药浴。中药浴如参肤康浴液每周一次，既能杀菌又能舒缓皮肤。如果是犬小孢子菌感染，可用含硫磺或酮康唑的宠物专用香波，洗澡时水温控制在38℃左右，泡沫停留5-10分钟再冲洗。

五、口服药：严重感染才考虑

如果猫咪癣斑扩散快或反复发作，可能需要口服抗真菌药，如伊曲康唑或灰黄霉素。但这类药物对肝肾有副作用，用药期间需定期检查，并搭配护肝片。

六、环境消毒：断绝传染源

猫癣的孢子能在环境中存活一年以上，所以家里必须彻底消毒。用稀释的漂白水（1:32）或宠物专用消毒剂浸泡猫咪的玩具、食盆，暴晒猫窝和地毯，吸尘器用完后立即清理尘袋。

七、增强体质：营养和阳光是关键
