7月16日，东微半导（688261）发布公告，拟变更2025年度审计机构，由原聘任的天健会计师事务所（特殊普通合伙）变更为致同会计师事务所（特殊普通合伙）。变更的原因是基于公司业务发展情况及整体审计需要，经综合评估后决定。公司已与天健进行沟通，确认变更事项。
2025年一季度，东微半导实现收入2.83亿元，归母净利润781万元。
