北京商报讯（记者 丁宁）7月17日，太极集团（600129）发布公告称，公司拟通过集中竞价交易的方式回购公司股份，回购股份金额不低于0.8亿元（含）且不超过1.2亿元（含）。回购股份将全部注销并减少公司注册资本。
太极集团表示，此次回购是公司基于对未来发展的信心，以及对公司价值的高度认可，立足公司长期可持续发展和价值增长，为维护全体股东利益，提升公司股东价值。
