人民财讯7月16日电，恒而达(300946)7月16日晚间公告，与天工国际（00826.HK）签订了《战略合作框架协议》，公司与天工国际围绕“粉末金属材料、切削刀具、高精度滚动功能部件及高精度螺纹磨床等领域的联合研发、制造、产业化应用及联合对外投资等事项”建立战略合作关系。
