7月15日8时至16日8时，受局地降雨影响，甘肃疏勒河及黑河支流讨赖河、青海格尔木河等3条河流发生超警洪水。目前均已退至警戒水位以下。
水利部已向内蒙古、辽宁、云南、西藏、陕西等5省（自治区）发出“一省一单”靶向预警，提醒做好中小河流洪水和山洪灾害防御、水库和淤地坝安全度汛等工作。（央视新闻）
