格隆汇7月16日｜中国生物制药(1177.HK)高开5.49%，报6.72港元，股价创2021年7月以来新高。消息面上，公司昨晚宣布将以约5亿美元的总价收购上海礼新医药95.09%股权，加上此前参与礼新C轮融资时既已取得的4.91%股权，交易完成后，礼新医药将成为中国生物制药全资子公司。
据悉，创新药“黑马”礼新医药先后牵手阿斯利康、默沙东，近三年对外授权总额近300亿元。
