7月15日，新瀚新材（301076）发布公告，股东张萍通过集中竞价交易减持其所持有的公司股份29万股，减持比例为0.1972%。本次权益变动后，张萍持有公司股份874万股，占公司总股本1.75亿股的比例降至4.9999%，不再是持股5%以上的股东。
此次权益变动不会导致公司控股股东、实际控制人发生变化，且不会影响公司的治理结构和持续经营。
2025年一季度，新瀚新材实现收入1.16亿元，归母净利润1619万元。
